Mark your calenders for Saturday Nov. 14th 10am to 2 pm................ We will have a supply shop set up in the garage at 1508 Morningside Dr. We will have tar paper, insulation, plastic wrap, and staple guns ready for a day a of banding. The price for banding is $1.00 a foot. Measure your trees and fill out the material request sheet that is being delivered to your homes next week. Drop off your sheets at 1508 Morningside Dr. in the mailbox on front porch. You will pay for your supplies on Nov. 14th. Make checks payable to Morningside Neighborhood Association.
I have found over the years the easiest way to do this is to talk to your neighbors and set up a time to band that Saturday and help each other. This seems to get the job done quicker and usually we have more people participate in the banding.
Block Captains and Board Members, please make yourself available that day to help at the supply shop and to help supervise and motivate on your streets that day.
