MNA Events

We urge you to talk with your neighbors about the meeting and encourage them to come.

The agenda for the meeting includes:

• Neighborhood update by the local police precinct.
• Update on Morningside Village Development by Rob Pressley.
• Our City Council representative Patsy Kinsey will be attending and may say a few words and take questions.
• Inform you about the committees put in place by the board and proposed projects and activities for these committees. We will be requesting additional volunteers for the committees and also asking for other needed committees. Discussion about membership dues.
• Membership drive. We have a partial list of persons living in the area and have e-mail addresses for almost 150 of the 400+families living in the area. If your neighbors and friends can’t come to the meeting, please bring their e-mail addresses to the meeting so that we can add them to our mailings. For those persons without e-mail, we will continue to put a meeting notice in their mailboxes.

• If you have any questions please call Jason Barton or one of the other officers as listed on the CMNA web site (e.g. www.ourmorningside.org). The web site is in the process of being updated and we are hoping that it will be current as of the July meeting.
